Who we are
SwiftInfra is a Private Cloud Engineering company based in Accra, Ghana. We deploy and manage private cloud infrastructure for organisations across West Africa. You can reach us at hello@swiftinfra.com.
What data we collect
We collect only what you give us. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, organisation name (optional), email address, and the message you write. We do not collect data through tracking pixels, advertising networks, or behavioural analytics tools. We do not use cookies beyond what is technically required for the site to function.
How we use your data
We use your contact form submission to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, pass your details to third parties, or use your information for any purpose beyond the specific conversation you initiated. If you email us directly, we use that correspondence only to respond to you.
Data storage and retention
Contact form submissions are handled via our internal systems and retained only as long as necessary to manage the relevant business relationship. We do not store personal data on foreign cloud infrastructure — our own systems are operated in accordance with the same data residency principles we build for our clients.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act (Act 843) and applicable data protection frameworks, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data where there is no legitimate reason for us to retain it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@swiftinfra.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Third-party services
This website is hosted on infrastructure that processes request data in the normal course of web serving. We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Any third-party services we use are selected with data minimisation in mind.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected in the date below. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
